Date Rape Drug (DRD) - Rohypnol

A girl wakes up in the morning and goes to the college only to find that it was a sunday. She gets surprised and doesnt remember any thing that has happend. The girl is drugged in the party and the drug used is commonly known as Date Rape Drug. The drug , when dissolved , is tasteless , odourless and colorless. The victim's brain gets literally blank after this . The recovery process depends upon the stamina of the person.

Reports about women being raped by giving this drug is alarmingly increasing, and the best part is that the victim knows nothing about this. The worst part... she has very less chances to conceive after the consumption of the drug.

Officially it is Rohypnol , also called as rookie, rochhe , date rape drug etc. Most commonly known as Ecstacy pill. The US government has banned it long back . This is reported to be fast catching up in the clubbing and pubbing circles throughout.The peddlers make a hell lot of advantage to what they offer.Also the buyer.

What I was thinking was the script of the movie. We have a situation in which the girl who is completely drugged, meets two men and they ignore her after a small fight.Far from reality. The name of the drug justifies its meaning.Except that the order of the word is a bit changed. It is Date, Drug then Rape.

It gets really difficult to track down who is the real culprit is - Is it the people who take undue advantage of the situation or is it the people who create it.
